Spring has sprung and the weather is warming up. Beat the heat this season with the recipe guide below. 

Cold Brew

Cold Brew Recipe
An iced beverage for the summer heat

Ingredients 

- Segafredo Casa beans

- 1 cup of ice 


Brew a coffee with your favourite method. Fill glass or cup up halfway with ice. Pour cold brew over ice. Serve. 


Latte Coldie


Iced Coffee Recipe

Switch it up and add some milk. 


Ingredients 

- 1 cup of Segafredo Casa coffee 

- 1/4 cup of your choice of milk 


Fill a large glass or cup with ice. Add coffee to ice (approximately 3/4 cup total volume). Add cold milk of choice. Serve. 

Zesty Cold Brew


Zesty Cold Brew 

Citrus + coffee = match made in heaven 

Ingredients

- 1 cup of Cold Brew made with Segafredo Casa 

- 1 orange (for zest and garnish) 


Pour cold brew on ice in a glass. Peel approximately 5cm orange skin, place skin in glass. To serve, garnish with a small amount freshly grated orange 

Tip

For more intense orange flavour, apply a flame to orange skin, this extracts the oil. 

Coffee Smoothie with Smoothie Bomb 


Coffee smoothie with coffee bomb

Nourishing and cooling? That's my type of drink!

Ingredients

- 1 shot of Segafredo Intermezzo espresso 

- 1/2 cup of your choice of milk

- 1 cup of ice

- A handful of frozen blueberries

- 1 Smoothie Bomb

- Honey or sweetener of choice


Place all your ingredients in a blender. Blend until ice is crushed and smooth. Add honey to taste. Pour out into a cup. Enjoy. 

Tip

Allow espresso to cool to room temperature for coffee flavour to disperse more evenly throughout beverage.
